Effective Date: September 20, 2026
Greedy Mofos Intel ("GM Intel," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of visitors and clients. GM Intel is operated by Danko Studios Corporation.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information You Provide
Depending on how you use GM Intel, you may provide information such as:
- Contact information, including your name, email address, and optional phone number.
- Research-request information, including the name of a company or opportunity, website addresses, transaction type, approximate amount involved, concerns, and information you want researched.
- Service-related information, including information concerning a business deal, investment, real estate opportunity, crypto or digital-asset opportunity, marketing service, coaching program, vendor, contractor, or other transaction.
- Communications, including emails or other messages sent to GM Intel.
- Documents, if GM Intel requests and you choose to provide contracts, proposals, pitch decks, screenshots, invoices, emails, or other materials after an assignment is reviewed.
- Payment-related information. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. GM Intel does not need to receive your complete payment-card credentials when the payment provider processes the transaction directly.
2. Information We Ask You Not to Submit
Please do not send GM Intel information that is unnecessary to the research assignment, including:
- Social Security numbers;
- passwords;
- account login credentials;
- complete payment-card numbers;
- private banking credentials;
- unnecessary medical information;
- information obtained illegally; or
- information you are not authorized to disclose.
We encourage clients to redact unnecessary sensitive information before sending documents. The FTC recommends that businesses collect and retain only personal information they actually need and protect the information they keep. Federal Trade Commission
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the GM Intel website may receive basic technical information when you visit, such as:

This information may be processed by hosting, security, or analytics providers that support the website. If additional analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
4. The GM Intel Check
Visitors may use the GM Intel Check without creating an account. The assessment is intended to help visitors consider whether additional independent research may be useful. The score is not a fraud probability or risk prediction. If the website later allows users to voluntarily email or save assessment results, this Policy will be updated to reflect how those results are stored and used.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- review research requests;

6. How We Share Information
GM Intel does not sell your personal information.
We may share information only when reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the business, such as companies providing:
- website hosting;
- secure form or database services;
- payment processing;
- email delivery;
- cloud storage;
- website security;
- analytics, if enabled; or
- professional or technical support.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to their own legal and contractual obligations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court order, or lawful governmental request; to investigate misuse of the service; or to protect legal rights and safety.
Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Client Research Information
Information submitted for a GM Intel assignment is treated as business information provided for the purpose of performing the requested service. We do not intentionally publish a client's private intake information or documents.
GM Intel may use publicly available information encountered during research in educational content, case studies, or commentary, but we will not intentionally identify a client as the source of an assignment without permission unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and transaction records, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and protecting against misuse.
Different categories of information may be kept for different periods. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, website, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For that reason, clients should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. The FTC advises businesses to understand what personal information they maintain, minimize unnecessary collection, protect retained information, dispose of it appropriately, and plan for security incidents. 10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for site functionality, security, preferences, and performance. If GM Intel later uses non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies that require additional disclosure or consent, we will implement appropriate notices or controls.
