Greedy Mofos Intel ("GM Intel") is a public-record and business-research service operated by Danko Studios Corporation. This disclaimer applies to the GM Intel website, GM Intel Check, communications, case studies, and all research services and reports. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Our Research
GM Intel provides informational research about accepted businesses, opportunities, claims, and transactions. Depending on the agreed scope, research may involve publicly available information, government records, relevant business information, and materials lawfully provided by a client. We may compare representations made in an offer with information available from other sources. Each assignment is reviewed before acceptance; not every request falls within our services.
2. Not Legal, Financial, or Investment Advice
GM Intel is not a law firm, investment adviser, financial adviser, broker, accountant, tax adviser, real estate appraiser, property inspector, or title company. Research reports do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, valuation, or other regulated professional advice. The founder's law degree and legal-research background do not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when your circumstances require one.
3. Not a Private Investigation or Consumer Reporting Service
GM Intel does not offer surveillance, covert inquiries, locating or tracking individuals, private-person background investigations, unauthorized access to accounts or information, or other activities outside its permitted research scope. GM Intel is not a consumer reporting agency. Its reports must not be used to determine anyone's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Completeness, or Safety
We use reasonable care to identify and document relevant information within the accepted scope, but sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, inaccessible, or later changed. We cannot guarantee that every relevant fact, business connection, lawsuit, regulatory action, misrepresentation, or potential problem will be found. The absence of adverse information is not proof that an opportunity, company, individual, or transaction is safe, trustworthy, or legitimate.
5. Timing and Interpretation of Findings
A report reflects information available during the period researched, not future events or information that became available afterward. We distinguish, where practicable, between independently sourced information, client-provided statements, allegations, official findings, and matters that could not be verified. A report is not a certification, endorsement, fraud determination, prediction, or guarantee of any future outcome.
6. Special Types of Opportunities
For real estate, GM Intel does not perform appraisals, inspections, title examinations, or legal title opinions. For crypto and digital-asset opportunities, GM Intel does not audit code or smart contracts, verify technical security, predict prices, or recommend trades. For marketing, creator, and coaching services, comparisons of pitches, deliverables, and materials are informational only; they are not legal opinions about contract enforceability, breach, cancellation rights, or recovery of fees.
7. GM Intel Check and Sample Case Studies
The GM Intel Check is an educational self-assessment of the visitor's answers and perceived need for additional information. Its score is not a fraud probability, a safety rating, or a finding about a particular business. Published case studies and examples illustrate research concepts; they do not establish that similar facts or outcomes exist in any other situation.
8. Documents and Assignment Scope
An initial request does not include unlimited document analysis. GM Intel may request relevant materials after reviewing and accepting an assignment. Document review, if offered, is limited to the agreed scope and may involve an additional fee. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, private account credentials, or materials you are not authorized to share.
9. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions to invest, pay, sign, purchase, partner, continue or end a business relationship, or take other action. GM Intel does not guarantee the prevention of fraud or financial loss, recovery of money, cancellation of contracts, or a particular outcome. Obtain additional professional advice when appropriate.
