Greedy Mofos Intel — Terms of Use

1. What GM Intel Provides

GM Intel provides independent research, verification, claim comparison, and informational reports concerning businesses, opportunities, transactions, investments, services, and other matters accepted by GM Intel.

Research may include publicly available information, government and regulatory information, business information, information supplied by the client, and other lawful sources appropriate to the assignment. GM Intel decides, in its discretion, whether a requested assignment falls within the scope of its services. Submitting an intake form does not require GM Intel to accept the assignment.

2. Research Services, Not Legal or Investment Advice

GM Intel is an independent research service.

GM Intel is not a law firm, and use of this website or purchase of a GM Intel report does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Although the founder holds a law degree and has a background in legal research, GM Intel services and reports are not legal opinions or legal advice.

GM Intel is also not an investment adviser, financial adviser, broker, private investigation agency, consumer reporting agency, credit-reporting service, appraisal service, or title company. We do not tell clients whether they should buy, sell, invest, enter a transaction, terminate an agreement, or take legal action. We research. You decide.

3. No Guarantee of Safety or Legitimacy

GM Intel does not certify that a person, company, investment, project, service, transaction, or opportunity is "safe," "legitimate," or free from risk. A lack of negative information does not establish that an opportunity is safe.

Research sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or subsequently changed. Our reports reflect information reasonably available during the research period and should be understood as a snapshot in time.

GM Intel does not guarantee that fraud, misconduct, financial loss, regulatory issues, litigation, or other risks will be discovered or prevented.

4. Client Decisions

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any transaction, investment, purchase, contract, service, partnership, or other opportunity. GM Intel reports are one source of information and should not replace professional legal, financial, accounting, investment, tax, appraisal, inspection, or other advice when such advice is appropriate.

5. Services We Do Not Provide

GM Intel does not provide surveillance, covert investigations, tracking or locating individuals, hacking, unauthorized database access, private financial-account information, Social Security number searches, private credit reports, employment screening, tenant screening, or similar activities outside our research scope.

GM Intel reports may not be used to determine eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws. We may reject any assignment that appears unlawful, improper, outside our scope, or inappropriate for GM Intel.

6. Client Information

You agree that information you submit to GM Intel is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide any documents or materials you submit.

Do not submit:

• passwords or account credentials;
• Social Security numbers;
• private banking login information;
• information obtained unlawfully;
• documents you are prohibited from sharing; or
• unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You are responsible for redacting information that GM Intel does not need to perform the requested research.

7. Documents and Materials

GM Intel may request contracts, proposals, emails, pitch decks, screenshots, invoices, reports, or other materials when they are relevant to an accepted assignment.

Document review is not unlimited and is not automatically included with every service. Extensive or complex document review may require an additional fee, which will be disclosed before that additional work begins. Any review of agreements or contracts through GM Intel is for informational research and claim-comparison purposes only and is not a legal review or opinion concerning enforceability.

8. Service Packages

GM Intel currently offers services that may include:

Promotional or introductory pricing may occasionally be offered.

The scope of a particular assignment is determined by the service selected, the accepted intake request, and any additional written agreement concerning the project. GM Intel may change prices or service offerings at any time. Changes will not affect work already purchased unless both parties agree.

9. Payments

Payment is generally requested only after GM Intel reviews and accepts a research request.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

GM Intel does not need to receive or store your full payment-card credentials when payment is processed directly through the payment provider. Research will not begin until required payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Because GM Intel provides customized research services, fees are generally non-refundable once research has begun. If you request cancellation before work begins, GM Intel may cancel the assignment and issue an appropriate refund.

If GM Intel is unable to perform an accepted assignment and no meaningful research has begun, GM Intel may cancel the project and refund amounts paid for the unperformed work. No refund is available merely because a report does not uncover negative information or because the client ultimately decides not to proceed with the underlying transaction.

Additional refund terms may be stated in the accepted project scope or payment confirmation.

11. Turnaround Estimates

Any turnaround period displayed on the website is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Research may take longer when records are unavailable, government systems are delayed, multiple entities are involved, additional clarification is required, or the scope of the assignment changes.

12. Intellectual Property

The GM Intel name, Greedy Mofos branding, website copy, research formats, report designs, scoring tools, methodologies, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Danko Studios Corporation unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use completed reports for their own personal or internal business decision-making. A report may not be resold, republished, commercially distributed, altered to misrepresent GM Intel's findings, or presented as GM Intel's endorsement of another product or service without written permission.

13. Third-Party Information and Links

GM Intel may rely on or refer to information maintained by government agencies, courts, regulators, companies, websites, databases, publications, and other third parties. GM Intel does not control those sources and is not responsible for errors, omissions, outages, delays, or subsequent changes in third-party information. Links to external websites do not constitute endorsement.

14. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GM Intel and Danko Studios Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or speculative damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on a report, or decision concerning a third-party opportunity or transaction. GM Intel is not responsible for losses resulting from a client's decision to proceed with or decline a transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, GM Intel's aggregate liability arising from a specific paid research assignment will not exceed the amount the client paid GM Intel for that assignment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnification

You agree not to use GM Intel services or reports for unlawful harassment, retaliation, discrimination, defamation, improper surveillance, or other unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Danko Studios Corporation and GM Intel harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of GM Intel services, your unauthorized submission of third-party information, or your material violation of these Terms.

17. Age Requirement

GM Intel services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly accept research assignments from minors.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction unless the parties separately agree to another lawful dispute-resolution method.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as GM Intel services evolve. The updated version will display a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
